Rita Davis
Rita manages all the details. As a negotiator, she is very effective in obtaining the best solution for everyone. Rita has extensive experience in business management and client and personal support. A very strong work ethic, flexibility, and the ability relate to everyone!

Our first business adventure was Orbit Internet, where we designed and hand coded websites. In 2004 we purchased the PIP Printing location in Raleigh and moved to the Triangle from Southern California. Orbit Internet became Pine Creek Marketing as we extended our design and services to our print clients. Years later we sold the PIP RDU, but continued to support clients digital marketing needs. In 2021 we partnered with the PIP Triad and combined our brands under the name - Brand Connect. Today we specialize in communications through products that share a message, expand brands, and create experiences.

Cottage Homes develops smaller homes and rentals which are created by world-class architects. Each features a warm, modern design, with functional amenities for connected living.

Pacific Management Group is our property management and development company, where we focus on commercial, multifamily & mixed-use properties and interesting projects.

the Garden Market was a flower, garden, and retail shop in downtown Wake Forest. You will now find the Giving Tree at our Main Street Location.
Our gardens are still used for local events and evening with friends and family.
